Training
There are three levels to become a qualified technician. These levels consist of Apprentice, Journeyman and Master Plumber. To become a Keep Smiling Plumbing Technician, all employees must have a Journeyman License and a minimum of six months field experience with a Master Technician. Apprentice Plumbers are required to have three years of field experience before becoming a Licensed Journeyman Plumber.
